• Payment information: payment is processed by Paystack. We do not store your card or M-Pesa credentials — we only receive a transaction confirmation reference.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device type, IP address, and browser information collected automatically via logs.
• Communications: messages you send us via email or our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process ticket purchases and issue e-tickets.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, OTP codes, invitation links).
• Provide event organizers with attendee lists for entry management.
• Detect and prevent fraud.
• Improve our platform through analytics.
• Send product updates and event recommendations (you can opt out at any time).

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

• With event organisers: when you purchase a ticket, the organiser receives your name, email, and phone number for event management and check-in purposes.
• With payment processors: Paystack processes all payments. Their privacy policy governs data shared during checkout.
• With service providers: we use third-party tools (email delivery, SMS gateways, cloud hosting) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose data if required by Kenyan law or a valid court order.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Ticket purchase records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required for financial record-keeping under Kenyan law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
