1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IventsPro (iventspro.com), purchasing tickets, or using our event management tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About IventsPro

IventsPro is a platform that connects event organisers with ticket buyers and provides event management infrastructure. IventsPro acts as a technology intermediary — we are not the organiser of any event listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser.
• A platform fee is added to each ticket. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• Your e-ticket is sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless the event organiser explicitly allows transfers.
• IventsPro is not responsible for events that are postponed, cancelled, or materially changed by the organiser. Refund requests for such events must be directed to the organiser.

4. Refunds

IventsPro's platform fees are non-refundable. Refunds for the ticket face value are at the discretion of the event organiser. If an event is cancelled, we will assist in facilitating communication between buyers and organisers but cannot guarantee a refund.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Paystack. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. IventsPro accepts M-Pesa and card payments in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices are inclusive of all applicable fees shown at checkout.

6. Event Organiser Obligations

Event organisers using IventsPro to sell tickets agree to:

• Accurately describe the event, date, venue, and ticket inclusions.
• Honour all tickets sold through the platform.
• Notify IventsPro and ticket buyers promptly of any cancellations, postponements, or material changes.
• Comply with all applicable Kenyan laws, including those governing public events and gatherings.
• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading events.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or scalp tickets in violation of event organiser policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated scripts to purchase tickets at scale.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on IventsPro is owned by or licensed to IventsPro. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, IventsPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or event disruption. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket(s).

10. Privacy

Your use of IventsPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
